On Tuesday, the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention 2026 Aspirants’ Screening Committee evaluated the party’s National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda.

Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti presided over the screening exercise, guiding the committee members in requesting Yilwatda to take a bow for his praiseworthy leadership.

Aspirants vying for different national positions were screened on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, starting at 9:00 a.m.

The exercise was carried out for party members who had properly submitted their Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to contest for national positions at the upcoming APC National Convention.
