Former Sunday Oliseh has claimed that Jose Mourinho may not remain at Real Madrid CF beyond three years.

Mourinho is preparing for a second spell with the La Liga giants.

The 63-year-old is expected to leave SL Benfica to take over at Madrid this summer.

He is reportedly set to sign a three-year contract with the club.

According to Soccernet, Oliseh believes Mourinho often experiences a third-year burnout at clubs he manages.

“Sadly, there’s the third-year burnout, like at Manchester United and Spurs. Mourinho needs external enemies to thrive, and when he has none, he looks inside,” Oliseh said.
