The feminism practiced in Nigeria is witchcraft, according to Big Brother Naija reality show star Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha.

In her most recent interview, the reality star discussed her altercation with Mummy Zed and revealed as much.

ZINGTIE recalls that Tacha had previously discussed Mummy Zee, the woman who gained popularity for waking at 4:30 a.m. every day to prepare meals for her husband, in an interview on Phyna’s podcast.

When Mummy Zee learned that Tacha was making fun of her on a broadcast, she replied, “That one wey no get sense,” to a social media user.

Tacha responded to the woman’s comment, calling it impolite, by rebuking her on social media.

In response, Tacha refuted the X user’s charge, saying she stood up for Mummy Zed on the program. Tacha addressed the topic during her widely shared interview with popular media personality Chude Jideonwo.

Tacha defined Nigerian feminism as witchcraft while elaborating on her own.

“So, I was literally praising this woman on my show, saying why was feminist trolling her because I love feminist then.

“I was like the feminism you people practiced in Nigeria is witchcraft because when you are supposed to come out, you people won’t come out, but for the wrong things, you just hate men in general. That’s not what I practiced.”
