Paul Onuachu has expressed confidence in the Super Eagles’ ability to defeat any side in the world, ZINGTIE reports.

Éric Chelle’s men are currently in Warsaw ahead of tonight’s international friendly encounter against Poland.

The three-time African champions are also scheduled to face a star-studded Portugal side next Wednesday in Lierra.

The Super Eagles recently retained their Unity Cup crown, a development that further underlines the remarkable progress made under head coach Eric Chelle.

Onuachu remains confident that the team can continue building on their recent impressive displays.

“We have the quality to play against any team in the world and hopefully we are going to show it against Poland and Portugal, Onuachu told the Super Eagles media.

“Sadly we are not going to the World Cup because we have world-class players, but that’s football.”
