VIDEO: Man cries out after wife followed another man to hotel because of iPhone 16

After posting a video purportedly showing his wife in a hotel with another guy due to an iPhone 16, a Nigerian man sparked a heated internet debate.

The video, which is still going viral, has elicited conflicting responses and given rise to new worries about marital arguments taking place on social media.

The upset husband, who looked upset in the video, described how he found out that his wife had been seeing the man in secret for a few weeks.

He said that after learning about her recent trips, he was persuaded to believe his initial suspicions regarding strange movements.

He expressed amazement and disgust in the tape, saying: “Look at a married woman with a child, see her child here but she still went to a man’s house on a Saturday. I already knew she went to a man’s house, she even cooked for him last week Saturday.”

He went on to say that the video was taken the day before while he was trying to get money to support his family at the market.

He claims that his wife went to a hotel with another man for the day rather than staying at home.

He continued: “This video was yesterday. I was hustling in the market yesterday, but my wife was with a man. Look at her hugging a man willingly all because of iPhone 16. Someone I paid her bride price last year December is now with a man in a hotel.”

Thousands of people have commented on the video, many of them showing empathy for the husband’s emotional condition.

Others cautioned him against making snap judgments without conducting adequate research, cautioning that exposure on the internet could make things worse.
