VIDEO: Man shares mysterious bag he found placed secretly behind his fence

After posting a video of an enigmatic suitcase concealed behind his home’s fence, a Nigerian man gained widespread attention on the internet.

Many users are startled and worried about the incident, which he shared on TikTok.

The man, who goes by the name @beckybalddy on TikTok, disclosed that he had first scaled his fence to remove fruits and prune flowers that had overgrown into his compound.

He clarified that the presence of potentially hazardous crawling animals, such as snakes, that might conceal themselves among the plants was his primary concern.

The man was tending to the plants when he saw something strange hidden behind the fence.

Upon closer examination, he saw the bag was tied.
He was immediately alarmed by the find, wondering what was inside and why it had been put there.

He described how, when he and others gently took the bag out from under the fence, a number of ideas went through his head.

Speaking on the occasion, he stated: “To my greatest surprise, this morning I climbed my fence to cut off some flowers and fruits for safety reasons, especially because of the creeping animals like snakes. That’s when I saw a bag tied and dropped behind my fence. At first, I wondered what it could be and why it was placed there today. We decided to bring it out—you can’t imagine what we found inside. Please, let’s be careful out there; a lot is happening lately.”

Numerous social media users responded to the revelation as soon as the footage of the incident went viral.
