Popular Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo, is reportedly dead.

A Nollywood source, who did not wish to be named, informed our correspondent that the actor was rushed to the hospital on Monday.

The source disclosed that Alexx had been battling kidney cancer.

The actor reportedly passed away on Tuesday afternoon after spending hours on life support.

Alexx was rumoured to be battling serious health issues in May 2025 after months away from social media.

A check by ZINGTIE confirmed that Ekubo’s last social media post was made on December 30, 2024.
