The primary objective of the accelerator program is to address the persistent earnings gap faced by minority entrepreneurs and those lacking sufficient resources. By providing targeted support and resources, the program aims to enable businesses to increase revenue and profit margins, expand their market reach, grow their employee base, secure loans and funding, and develop strong leadership capabilities.
Through this innovative collaboration, Mercy Health Foundation and Intentional Development Group Inc. are poised to make a profound impact on the economic landscape of the Valley, empowering minority-owned small businesses to thrive and contribute to the region’s prosperity.
