Ahead of Saturday’s Premier League trip to Aston Villa, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided the most recent injury information on his team.

With a victory in the early kickoff, the Gunners hope to move eight points clear of Manchester City.

However, Arteta is probably going to be without a few players for the match.

On Declan Rice, he said: “Let’s see. Of all the questions I’m going to get, the answer will be the same – we have another training session this afternoon.

“Every hour will be important to see the availability of the players.

“Mosquera [ankle injury] is more complicated. We have tests today to see where we are.”

“It’s a matter of days with those two,” he continued, referring to William Saliba and Leandro Trossard.
