Vincent Kompany, the manager of Bayern Munich, has recognized Serge Gnabry as the club’s most underrated player.

After Bayern Munich’s 4-0 win over Union Berlin on Saturday, Kompany addressed reporters in his post-match interview.

Two goals from Gnabry and one apiece from Harry Kane and Michael Olise secured a victory for the Bundesliga champions against the visitors at Allianz Arena.

“That does not surprise me at all, but it always pleases me,” Kompany said of Gnabry’s display.

“Of all our lads, Serge Gnabry is perhaps the one whose talent is most underrated, because he is sometimes injured and out of action.

“That is why I’m always delighted when Serge shows just how good he is.”
