JUST IN: Truck crushes 9 family members to death in their house

According to the Nigerian Police Force’s Benue Command, nine family members were killed after a truck crashed into a house compound in Okete Village, Otukpo Local Government Area.

On Thursday in Makurdi, CSP Sewuese Anene, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), confirmed the incidence to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

According to Anene, the regrettable event happened early on Thursday morning.

According to the PPRO, the command has begun a thorough investigation into the event and will provide press reporters with more details. (NAN)
