After her boyfriend of over a year ended their relationship because he noticed her family’s poverty, the young woman is crying hard. She posted her traumatic experience online in the hopes of receiving consolation and guidance from others who are familiar with the sorrow of heartbreak.

She claimed that she had been seeing her lover for more than a year. She claimed that he called her every day and showed concern for her. He expressed his desire to meet her parents one day. She believed that the relationship was getting serious, which made her very happy. This, in her opinion, was the next stage of marriage. She greeted him warmly at her family’s house and prepared meals for him.

However, things abruptly altered two weeks ago after he paid her family a visit. She no longer received the daily calls from the man who used to do so. She texted him, but he didn’t respond. She attempted to ask him what was wrong, but he remained silent. She didn’t hear from him for five days. She called him four times on the sixth day, but he did not answer. She prayed and waited for him to return her call. He eventually sent her a reply after about half an hour, but what he wrote devastated her.

The young man told her in the message that he could not keep the relationship going because he observed her family’s poverty.

He claimed that when he arrived, her family did not even have a cozy chair for him to sit on. He bemoaned the fact that their home’s ceiling was already destroyed and that they drank tap water.

He went so far as to say that he was fortunate the ceiling did not fall on him. He informed her that he was unable to become a part of a family that would rely on him for financial support. He bid her farewell and sent one final note.

The young lady claimed that ever since seeing that message, she has not stopped crying. She claimed to be exhausted and to have stopped crying. After witnessing the sacrifices her father made for her, she truly loved him and doesn’t understand why he would treat her this way.

She clarified that in order for her to complete her university education, her father paid for her tuition with nearly all of the money he earned from his farm and plantations. Her Master’s degree was just finished.

Her father wanted her to have a bright future, so he gave her the best life possible. Unfortunately, that was not noticed by the man she loves. All he could see was the damaged ceiling and the decrepit seats.

The fact that he has restricted her phone number just exacerbates her suffering. Additionally, he has blocked her on all of his social media accounts. She feels isolated now.

She claimed that because she still loves him and is unable to stop thinking about him, she is depressed and unsure of what to do. She is pleading for encouraging remarks and guidance on how to get back on her feet.

She is receiving consoling messages from a large number of people who read her tale online. Some claim that he wouldn’t abandon her due to her family’s financial difficulties if he really loved her.

Her father is receiving praise from others for making such a sacrifice to provide her with an education. She is receiving a lot of advice to be resilient and to keep in mind that her past does not determine her future.

Some claim that when he sees how far she will go in life tomorrow, the man who left her today would regret what he did.

Everyone can learn a lesson from this narrative, no matter how difficult it is. Please don’t give up if you ever find yourself in a scenario like this. If you want to cry, do so, but don’t cry all the time.
