Singer Tems reveals types of men she can’t date or marry

Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage name Tems, is a Grammy-winning Nigerian singer who has expressed her serious concerns about a possible partner.

The Love Me Jeje crooner stated that she cannot date hostile or uninterested men in a recent interview with the American group Complex.

She claims that if one person isn’t amiable and interested in their spouse, the essence of a partnership is lost.

“My dating terms are someone who is not trying to be your friend is a red flag. Anybody that isn’t curious about you is also a red flag. Because what are we doing? Why are we here if you don’t want to know me?

“If he or she doesn’t want to know more about you, end the relationship,” she said.

Tems claimed that although she is a “lover girl,” she is attempting to exercise caution because of her past experiences.

She continued by saying that at the moment, she is more concerned with loving herself.
