Uber driver stabbed to death in Abuja bakery attack

Hoodlums killed Mr. Vincent Bala, a 38-year-old Uber driver, during an assault in Takushara Village in the Kabusa neighborhood of Abuja.

According to Zagazola Makama, the attackers broke into the neighborhood at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday and wanted to meet the manager of a nearby bakery.

After the thugs stole two cell phones, money, and other belongings from the family, Bala—who was falsely identified as the manager—was stabbed.

After being taken to Garki General Hospital, medical professionals pronounced him deceased. His remains have been placed in the mortuary of the hospital.

Locals reported that the attackers left right away following the attack, and police officers have opened an inquiry to find the culprits.
