A funny discovery that had social media fans in stitches was the result of a mother’s midnight wake-up call.

After being awakened by an odd sound, the mother was confronted with an unexpected scene that she felt compelled to share with the world.

The woman on TikTok, @babykari24, provided the underlying narrative and the humorous occurrence in a video.

While the rest of the family slept soundly, the video showed her young son doing something strange: licking his own toes.

As she caught the unique event on camera, the mother’s initial fear soon gave way to joy.

She wrote in the video’s caption, “POV: It’s 12 am and I start to hear weird noise so I turned my flash on and saw this.”
