Many citizens have demanded stricter regulations—and perhaps the closure of dubious churches—in response to recent media reports about rogue pastors abusing their followers in unspeakable ways.

A preacher was allegedly caught red-handed sucking a woman’s breast while pretending to cast away demons in a distressing episode in Meru. Witnesses reported that the man said he was conducting a “deliverance session.” But the locals promptly sounded the alarm and, in a fit of rage, burned his church to ashes.

Locals claim that for an unspecified amount of time, this preacher has been taking advantage of gullible women in the same way, tricking them into thinking that such behavior was a component of a religious rite. As locals continue to demand justice, the accused pastor is reportedly on the run, fearing for his life.

There have been a variety of responses to the occurrence on the internet, with many people expressing shock and fury. Because of his exploitative and unethical behavior, a sizable portion of the public is demanding that the pastor be arrested and that his church be permanently closed.
