Wizkid speaks on his relationship with Burna Boy

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, is a well-known Nigerian artist who has opened up about his friendship with Burna Boy.

In a recent interview, Wizkid said that they first connected while working on Burna Boy’s album “African Giant.”

Despite the first hitch, he shared a comical story from their collaborative studio in which he stated things took an unexpected turn due to his intoxication.

Wizkid went on to call Burna Boy his family, stating that it’s inevitable that two wonderful people in the same room will create some incredible music.

In the video, Wizkid said, “Burna Boy and I are like family; when you have two great people in the room, you are bound to make amazing music.”
