Emilio Garcia, Megan Pete’s personal photographer, has accused American rapper Megan Pete, also known as Megan Thee Stallion, of sexual harassment.

In a lawsuit submitted on Tuesday to the Los Angeles Superior Court, the photographer—who has been engaged to Megan since 2018—said that the hip-hop artist “forced” him to witness her performing a sexual act while driving.

“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman,” Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, stated.

The complaint also makes accusations of violations of employment standards and disparaging remarks regarding Garcia’s weight.

Garcia’s attorney claims there is a blatant case of “sexual harassment and fat-shaming” and that he is entitled to specific compensatory and punitive damages.

Megan Thee Stallion, meanwhile, has refuted the accusations.

In a statement, the rapper’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, emphasized that the primary goal of the case was to obtain a financial settlement.
