Nollywood actress Venita Akpofure has opened up about her dating life, revealing that she continues to attract several admirers at the age of 39.

The actress made the disclosure during a recent appearance on the Tea With Tay podcast.

Akpofure attributed her appeal in the dating scene partly to her youthful appearance, noting that many people would struggle to believe her actual age.

The reality TV star further revealed that most of the men who approach her romantically are younger than her.

According to her, younger men appear more confident and willing to make the first move, unlike older men who may be more hesitant.

“I am 39, but if I told you I was 28, you would believe me. I only get approached by younger men. They are more courageous than the older ones.

“What they don’t have in their bank accounts, they make up for with bravery and audacity,” she said.

Venita Akpofure is divorced and a mother of two.

The actress previously had a romantic relationship with younger reality TV star Adekunle following their time on the Big Brother Naija All Stars show.

However, their relationship reportedly came to an end shortly after the reality programme.
