Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, a Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, has admitted that he finds himself “boring”.

In a recent episode of Close Friends Only Speed Round with his colleague, Asake, Wizkid emphasized that celebrities are “normal” individuals who engage in mundane tasks that may appear uninteresting.

Asake asked: “What’s an interesting fact that fans don’t know about you?”

Wizkid replied: “I see myself as boring. I wake up in the morning at 6:30, I take my kids to school. We [celebrities] are normal human beings too, man.”

Wizkid’s top three priorities in life are his daughter Morayo, music, and God.

He feels that the keys to a long-lasting music career are authenticity, clever collaborations, and hard effort.
