The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has alleged that certain unidentified individuals are seeking ways to eliminate former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

Ayodele raised the alarm in a video shared on X, where he urged both politicians to take their personal security seriously.

Although the cleric did not disclose the identities of those he claimed were behind the alleged plot, he expressed confidence that God would prevent any attempt to harm the two politicians.

“Obi and Atiku, be very conscious of your security. They are looking for any means to eliminate Obi and Atiku.

“But God will never allow it to happen. Watch out and be cautious of your security,” he warned.

Atiku is the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, while Peter Obi is contesting the 2027 presidential election under the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.

The cleric also advised President Bola Tinubu against travelling to the United States, alleging that the country was seeking his downfall.
