President Bola Tinubu is currently hosting a security meeting with service chiefs, intelligence leaders, and the Inspector-General of Police.

The meeting is being held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

This gathering comes amid the rising attacks on military installations across various parts of the country by terrorist groups.

The closed-door meeting includes the Chief of Defence Staff, National Security Adviser, the chiefs of the Army, Navy, and Air Staff, the Director-General of the Department of State Services, the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, and the Inspector-General of Police.

As of the time of this report, the details of the meeting have yet to be confirmed.
